Membership of Library is open to all staff, students and Research Scholars of Mercy College Palakkad.  Guest Faculties are required to fill the Library Membership form signed by Principal to borrow books from Library. The Library also welcomes Alumni, Students and Research Scholars of other institutions to use library resources with prior permission from principal and formalities there off.
